Yes, you can use Pinterest (Board) integration with our Scheduler feature. It means you can create a content and schedule it to automatically publish on your Pinterest board. Please note that Pinterest API currently only supports Single Image, Video, Link type content. It means it does not support content of type Gallery, Text, Story.
In addition, unfortunately, Pinterest API does not support Inbox, Monitoring and Analytics features yet.
