It is important to note that we only support Instagram Business accounts that are connected to a Facebook page. If you are experiencing issues when trying to connect your Instagram Business account to RADAAR, you will need to confirm the following:
- You have an Instagram Business account
- Your personal profile is an Admin for the associated Facebook Page (and does not have any other role such as the Editor role)
- Your Facebook page is connected to your Instagram Business account
- Your Instagram Business account is connected to the correct Facebook page
- You are a Business Admin if the Facebook Page in question is in Facebook Business Manager
- You have granted RADAAR access to all permissions in Facebook
