It is important to note that we only support Instagram Business accounts that are connected to a Facebook page. If you are experiencing issues when trying to connect your Instagram Business account to RADAAR, you will need to confirm the following:

  1. You have an Instagram Business account
  2. Your personal profile is an Admin for the associated Facebook Page (and does not have any other role such as the Editor role)
  3. Your Facebook page is connected to your Instagram Business account
  4. Your Instagram Business account is connected to the correct Facebook page
  5. You are a Business Admin if the Facebook Page in question is in Facebook Business Manager
  6. You have granted RADAAR access to all permissions in Facebook
